Impekable wanted to explore the medium of weather apps and explore pushing the boundaries of imagery and typography, the two main staples in any weather app. The result was a customized-background, image-focused, typography-driven app that supported artists and photographers by allowing users to buy and download their favorite images. The typography used a combination of lining-figures and old-style figures for type-based imagery.
